1. What are the average results that I can expect to see using the FitOver40 program?The average results that you can expect from using the FitOver40 program will be 2-3 lbs of fat loss per week (that’s 8-12 lbs per month). But… keep in mind that a lot of my clients experience 15-20 lbs of weight loss per month and those kind of results are not uncommon.

2.Are the results permanent? Or do they disappear overnight?

The results are “True Loss of Bodyfat”… not just water weight as you see with other quick weight loss gimmicks or miracle fat burners – which are just basically water pills anyway. The changes you see in your body from using my FitOver40 program are permanent!

The FitOver40 program is for all types of fitness levels: beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of .Even the most out of shape individuals will usually even be able to do most of the advanced exercises, except just with lighter weights or slower movements. I have clients that are 68 yrs old and they have never attempted any fitness program in their life… and they tell me that they were surprised how they were able to do the program and even progress to more advanced levels, it greatly improved their quality of life and energy levels.

5. What if I’m younger than 40? What if I’m around 25-35? Will I still get results on this program?

A lot of my clients are under 40 (some are 25-35)  and they get fantastic results!  They use the exact same full body fat burning workouts, the exact same 60/40 diet rule, the exact same metabolism boosting natural supplements that I reveal to everyone in my FitOver40 program. The FitOver40 program is actually designed to be done in the privacy of you’re home, and you’ll still get fantastic results.If you decide to use the program at home this is all the basic workout equipment you’ll need.   1) Resistance Bands – The best place to get these is http://www.power-systems.com You’ll need to pick up at least 2 bands; 1 yellow band (light) and 1 red (medium).   2) Exercise Floor Mat – also at http://www.power-systems.com > exercise mats; find premium club mats and select premium club mat 56 x 23 x 5/8 (green, blue or black)   3) Rubber Encased Dumbells – get pairs 0f 5-7-10 lbs; you can pick these up at any Wal-Mart or Target.

However, please realize that if you really want get maximum fat loss and full body strengthening results, You cant beat having access to $500,000 dollars worth of state of the art exercise equipment for around $40 bucks a month (gym fee)!

7. Does this program require me to buy any fat burners or diet pills?

NO!   These are dangerous, unregulated, fad products. In fact the FDA said it has received 23 reports of serious liver injuries linked to Hydroxycut products, which are also used as energy enhancers and as fat burners. The reports include the 2007 death of a 19-year-old man living in the Southwest, which was reported to the FDA in March. Other serious liver problems reported included liver damage that resulted in a transplant in 2002, liver failure, jaundice, seizures and cardiovascular problems.

The FDA is warning consumers to immediately stop using 14 Hydroxycut products manufactured by Iovate Health Sciences Inc. of Oakville, Ontario, and distributed by Iovate Health Sciences USA Inc. of Blasdell, New York.

8. What if I’m a vegetarian. Will the FitOver40 program still work for me?

Yes it will!  The FitOver40 program is definitely vegetarian freindly. The 60/40 diet rule allows for a wide variety of nutritional lifestyles including the practice of a diet that excludes meat (vegetarian).

9.  How many days per week will I need to exercise? How long are the workouts?

The FitOver40 program includes the Top 8  most effective  full body fat burning workouts which have been designed so that you will see fantastic results exercising only 3x per week! The workouts last will last a minimum of 20 minutes. To experience optimum results that will more than likely surpass your expectations; I suggest that you do the fat burning workouts at least 4x per week – spending at least 25 minutes per workout…That’s it!!
